Please read carefully:  After  submitting  your application you will need to  fax a recent (no more than 30 days old)  credit report to 772-234-3223. Credit Report  must contain all three risk scores. If you  do  not have  one  please make arrangements to pay your consultant  the correct credit report fee. The cost is $26.00  for a Borrower and $30.00 with a  married  co-borrower.   If  there  are two borrowers  that  are not  married, then  two  reports  must  be pulled at $26.00 each.
